Mountain View Baptist Church is an independent Baptist church in Somerset West (Cape Town) South Africa. The core of the church’s ministry is a commitment to the expository teaching and preaching of the Bible.

This website is provided as a means of sharing that ministry with a larger constituency. The messages from the church’s worship services are provided for instruction and edification.

In addition, information and materials for classes taught in the Centre for Biblical Studies are available. The Centre is a part of the wider ministry of Mountain View Baptist Church.
This multi-media platform affords the means to make the Centre’s course content available to registered students and to those simply desiring to increase their knowledge/understanding of Scripture.
